How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Open your iMinde app.
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account and associated user data will be deleted from our Firebase database.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your user profile
- Your account information
- App data linked to your user ID
If you no longer have access to the app
If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:

Data retention
Most account data is deleted after your request is completed. Some information may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.
